Job Description

: Fresher or 6+ months of proven HR experience

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, and the administration of offer letters. They will assist in maintaining smooth HR operations, ensuring that all processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. The HR Executive will also support employee engagement and ensure that all HR documentation is accurately handled and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment:
    • Manages the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and shortlisting potential hires.
    • Coordinates with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates with the right skills.
    • Ensures a smooth onboarding process for new employees by coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, and orientations.
  2. Offer Letter Documentation:
    • Prepares and issues offer letters and employment contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Ensures all new hire documentation is complete, including employment forms, identification documents, and compliance paperwork.
    • Maintains employee records and documentation in an organized and confidential manner, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  3. Employee Engagement Support:
    • Assists with the orientation and integration of new employees into the company.
    • Addresses employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment terms.
    • Supports the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  4. HR Policies Compliance:
    • Ensures compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies in all recruitment and documentation processes.
    • Assists in updating HR policies and procedures as needed.
    • Conducts background checks and reference verifications for new hires to ensure compliance.
  5. Performance Development:
    • Supports the performance management process by tracking and documenting employee evaluations.
    • Assists in the coordination of training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  6. HR Administrative Tasks:
    • Manages employee leave, attendance, and other HR records to ensure accurate data for payroll processing.
    • Assists with the preparation of reports related to HR metrics, such as recruitment progress, employee turnover, and retention rates.
Qualifications:
  • Fresher or 6+ months in an HR role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in recruitment, documentation, and issuing offer letters.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
