Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving documents from dispatch section and verifying the received documents and handling over to concern person/department.
• Responsible for providing all payments advices to commercial/finance on time.
• Verifying vendor bill amount, rebate rate, maintaining data sheet for the same.
• Updating/ verifying Bank transaction, duly updates in the software
• Placing bids of clients in DAM/GDAM.
• Updating the TAM/GTAM payment sheet details.
• Updating/ merging applications punch.
• Preparing affidavits.
• Responsible for finalizing the Form IV documents and to be send to Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) within timeline
• Preparing monthly roaster of all shift employees.
• Coordination with various departments.
• Record Keeping.
