Assistant Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Managing all the sales related activity of the company and responding to sales queries via phone, email and in writing.
• Maintaining customer purchase order and ensure the dispatch of the required product with good quality within delivery schedule.
• Coordinating with accounts/finance for generating invoice against each purchase order.
• Resolving any sales related issues with customers and production team.
• Achieve forecasted sales goals.
• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
