Sales Coordinator

Roles:

1. To discuss with the concerned sales head, quotation, and Order review

2. To file Scope of supply details on every Order and coordinate with the Service Team

3. To discuss and document the tender related documents for onward filing work.

4. Track the tenders site for progress, review Orders, execution payments in Tenders.

5. To interact with Adonis Medical Systems Private Limited, Mohali to track and help file any tenders located by them.

6. Maintenance & submission of prospects records of all sales staff

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Graduate in any discipline, Science / Commerce Background preferred.

2. Computer Operation skills with proficiency in MS office - Mandatory

3. Fluency in Verbal / Written communication in English Mandatory

4. Multilingual with ability to understand & speak in Hindi, English plus any other local language.

5. Experience of at least Five Years in similar capacity or the ability to learn the new profile is mandatory.

6. Should be affirmative & assertive in communication to achieve the desired goal.

Top 3 mandatory skills required to perform this job:
