Refex Group - Vice President - Fly Ash Operation & Business Development (16-25 yrs)

Profile Synopsis:

We are seeking a result-oriented Head to lead our Coal and ASH Business. The Head will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in the Power Plants, specifically in Coal and FLYASH management, and have a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence. Will be responsible to manage the P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, mission, and long-term goals.

- Identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships

- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to drive business innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures for the Coal and FLYASH business.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the business.

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.

- Lead negotiations for new business and agreements with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Foster strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry associations, and customers.

Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the company's budget, financial plans, and performance targets.

- Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Desired Profile:

- Any Graduate with 15 + yrs in Coal and ASH handling.

- Min 3 to 5 yrs in senior management level managing the P&L of the business.

- Good network of government officials and contact within the business

- Hand on experience in managing entire operation of various sites.
