Business Head - Dealership Business

This position is responsible for managing the business for multiple states/regions, leading the Support functions administratively, People management, Crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for achieving business targets assigned for the state/regions.
• Overall responsibility for business planning, business process management and execution of marketing and communication activity.
• Should assist all support functions in creating superior End-to-end customer experience.
• Responsibility for making sure that all the processes defined are being adhered to in the states allocated to him.
• Expand the business in the allocated geography. Perform market research to study consumer behaviour,the latest trends, and competitor activity.
• Ensure Productivity at the desired level and territory business targets in the assigned state/regions.
• Create & build a culture of quality lending backed by through due diligence, underwriting & strong collection focus.
• Strengthen & smoothen the processes & operations across the zone.
• Market intelligence and mapping to identify potential growth areas for lead generation running campaigns, co-marketing and other events.
• Achieving & exceeding business goals and targets. Decide and implement state-specific innovative strategies to meet overall business targets.
• Creating a strong & complaint culture to drive customers, profitability, and employee development across the zone.
• Effectively engage operations and risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across states.

Key Skills:

Educational Qualifications And Experience:

• Any graduate/post-graduate with strong experience with NBFC- MFI/ BC Model.
• Candidate must have 15+ years of experience in Dealership Finance or Asset -backed lending
• Handling multiple locations within the state/zone/region
