Responsible for driving the strategic vision and operational excellence of the microfinance institution. The CBO ensures sustainable growth, financial health, and the effective delivery of financial services to underserved communities. This Position will oversee the MFI Business and MSME.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with the organization s mission and goals.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
Lead and optimize day-to-day operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and community partners.

Educational Qualifications And Experience:
MBA with 20 to 25yrs of experience
