Job Description

has been mandated to hire a Category Head for a leading manufacturer and marketer of the latest range of Sewing Machines and Home Appliances.

Our client manufactures the worlds most advanced home sewing and embroidery machines which helps people to express themselves through the craft of Sewing. It also has the wide range of best-in-class home appliances for various household need. It has presence across India through its Company Showrooms, Dealers, Distributors and all the major shopping websites.

Job Purpose: Category Head includes developing and executing strategies to increase sales, managing budgets, developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the category.

Responsibilities:

Translating business strategy into product strategy, owning the product roadmap, and executing the strategy
Reflects and guides the execution of product vision & strategy for the Sewing Machine segment.
Identify growth opportunities for the product.
Providing insight to stakeholders on the product and market.
Prioritize the right roadmap initiatives to achieve product goals.
Perform competitor analysis.
Analyse market trends.
Coordinating with MARCOM
