Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and target opportunities within the USA Federal Government sector.
Conduct market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Tailor sales proposals to meet clients needs.
Offer exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Sales Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a sales team.
Provide training and mentorship to enhance team skills.
Monitor performance and ensure target achievement.
Sales Execution:
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts to optimize profitability.
Business Development:
Pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop plans to expand the company s market reach.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify improvements.
Update management on sales performance and pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years in sales or business development within the IT Services industry.
Proven success in achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of USA Federal Government contracting and procurement processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience leading and managing sales teams.
Proficiency in salesforce automation and CRM tools.
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling IT services to the USA Federal Government.
Familiarity with complex sales cycles and large-scale deals.
