Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, focusing on accurate financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts receivable.

Your analytical skills will help drive business insights and ensure smooth financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.


Manage accounts receivable and invoicing, including billing, reconciling discrepancies, and resolving financial issues.


Assist in month-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.


Utilize Microsoft Excel and accounting software (eg, QuickBooks, Xero) for financial analysis and reporting.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve financial discrepancies and process improvements.


Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions to financial issues.


Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).


1-2 years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting role.


Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (eg, QuickBooks, Xero).


Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes.


Knowledge of month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.


Experience with Google Suite and/or MS Office is preferred.
