PS Collaborations is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive sales enablement initiatives, optimize sales processes, and integrate technology solutions for our Life Sciences & Healthcare division. The role requires a strong background in sales operations, project management, and experience with technologies like Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales technology programs to boost efficiency.
Continuously optimize sales processes with innovative solutions.
Lead sales technology adoption and ensure data accuracy. Provide advanced training to the sales team. Track KPIs to measure the impact of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Business/Marketing/Technology (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement, with
4+ years in a management role.
Expertise in Salesforce and sales technology tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
