What will you do
Reporting Insights:
Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from commercial team leadership, ensuring timely delivery and data accuracy.
Lead the creation and delivery of the "Sales Cockpit" report, summarizing key sales and marketing performance metrics monthly.
Contribute to the Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Board Packet by ensuring data alignment and strategic relevance.
Assess, triage, and fulfill reporting requests from external team members and
stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Finance, Customer Success, and the Board of Directors.
Forecast Management:
Lead weekly forecast meetings with sales and marketing teams to address pipeline gaps and refine data.
Collaborate with the Salesforce Manager and contractors to maintain accurate
pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce.
Historical Knowledge Base:
Serve as the historical expert for operational and process changes since the
company s merger, maintaining detailed records for strategic decisions.
Provide leadership with historical insights and context to aid in decision-making.
Operational Excellence:
Drive consistency and accuracy in data management processes across the
Commercial Operations team.
Partner with the Marketing/Sales Ops Manager and offshore teams to improve
operational workflows and efficiencies.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams to execute cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Reporting Cadence:
Monthly Sales Roll-up Report: Monthly
Forecast Meeting Notes: Weekly
Ad-hoc Reports: As requested by Finance, Customer Success, or the Executive
Team
Board Packet Contribution: Monthly
Commission Report: Quarterly
What do you bring to the table
Experience: 7+ years in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or a similar
role, preferably in SaaS, Life Sciences, or related industries.
Education: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Finance, Data Analytics,
or related fields. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (advanced functions), and
Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
