Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our comprehensive range of CCTV, fire safety, and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the security industry and a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the CCTV, fire safety, and security product lines to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends within the security industry.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
• Manage product launches, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are aligned with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted lead-generation strategies, providing them with the necessary tools and content for effective outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to increase brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Develop content for brochures, product catalogs, website, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing strategies are relevant and effective.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on security products such as CCTV, fire safety systems, or other security solutions.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the security or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with product positioning, market segmentation, and customer targeting.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.).
• Creative thinker with the ability to drive innovation in marketing campaigns.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a marketing team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and marketing software/tools (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Fire and safety).
• Masters degree or MBA (a plus).
