Assistant Manager - Mutual Fund Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing operational support in handling documentation from a legal & compliance point of view.
• Facilitate coordination with AMCs, PMS providers, AIFs, Bonds, etc. for various investment operations and investor onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and operational alignment.
• Handle broker tie-ups and manage the empanelment process with various business partners, ensuring strong relationships and smooth operational workflows
• Providing back-office operational support for various investment products.
• Sourcing product data from various sources for data updation on the platform.
• Management and upkeep of client servicing data on the platform daily.
• Sourcing the list of IFAs who could join our platform as advisors &/or distributors.
• Handholding clients & advisors/distributors on usage of the platform and mobile app.
• Understand the regulatory issues pertinent to your product(s).
• Communication with advisors/distributors via phone and email and management of servicing requests as per agreed TATs.

Skills Required:

• Must have good communication skills.
• Work experience in mutual funds / stock broking /insurance/financial services industry preferred.
• Must know MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Applications and Email usage very well.
• Should be comfortable with numbers and ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
