- Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our Mutual Fund Operations team
- The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of mutual fund transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational efficiency
- The candidate must have successfully cleared theNISM-Series-X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1) and NISM-Series-X-B: Investment Adviser (Level 2) certifications
- Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing: Handle end-to-end processing of mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, switches, and systematic investment plans (SIPs)
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all mutual fund-related activities
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform daily reconciliation of mutual fund holdings, NAVs, and transaction records with fund houses and custodians
- Prepare and maintain detailed MIS and regulatory reports
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and compliance requirements in all operational activities
- Verify and maintain accurate client documentation as per KYC/AML norms
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with fund houses, RTA (Registrar & Transfer Agents), brokers, and clients for transaction and query resolution
- Assist the sales and advisory teams in resolving operational issues
- System and Process Management: Operate and manage transaction systems efficiently to ensure process integrity
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency
- Audit and Risk Management: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and operational data
- Ensure risk controls are implemented and adhered to within the operations function
- Qualifications and Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Certifications: Must have cleared: NISM-Series-X-A: Investment Adviser (Level 1) NISM-Series-X-B: Investment Adviser (Level 2) Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools
- Familiarity with mutual fund transaction platforms and software (e
