Mutual fund Advisory support executive

We are investment advisory firm providing wealth management services at Charni Road, Near Opera House, SOUTH MUMBAI.

Any girl (preferably) or boy with commerce/accounts/finance academics with experience of 1 to 3 years. Fresher with right attitude to learn and work hard is more than welcome. On job training and learning is part of profile. B. Sc (Finance), BAF and BFM shall be preferred.

A. Technical skills -

1. On-boarding client with help of standardised process

2. Making Plan of Action, based on internal recommendations

3. Executing clients' transactions on varied platforms

4. Monitoring clients' portfolios on various reporting platforms and Portfolio Review based on internal 9 points review process

5. Analysis of performance with benchmark, from in-house product appraisal system

6. Procedure of on-boarding of clients and empanelment of various service providers

7. Reconciliation and up to date maintenance of client's reporting system

B. Soft skills -

1. Team player

2. English writing and verbal skills - should be able to explain well

C. Computer knowledge -

1. Well versed with MS OFFICE - specially MS-EXCEL

2. Well versed with presentation programme like CANVA or PRESI
