Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Outreach:
• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls.
• Conduct 50-60 outbound calls daily to generate interest and build relationships.
• Lead Qualification:
• Identify decision-makers and understand their needs to qualify leads.
• Maintain an updated database of potential clients and track lead progress.
• Meeting Setup:
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects for the sales team.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth transitions for follow-ups.
• Reporting and Tracking:
• Document call outcomes and maintain records in CRM tools.
• Provide daily updates on progress and insights gathered from calls.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align outreach strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
