Executive - Business Development/Sales - Human Resources Services (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

This is an onsite role based in Kolkata (Chinar Park).

- Calling Leads: Proactively reach out to potential leads and establish communication.

- Filtering Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads based on eligibility criteria.

- Organizing Daily Meetings: Schedule and coordinate daily meetings with senior consultants.

- Deal Closure Assistance: Provide post-meeting support to senior consultants in closing deals.

- Excellent English communication skills

- Ability to handle the pressure of daily meetings

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Work Details:

- Location: Kolkata (Chinar Park)

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: Up to 25,000 net, based on experience

- Incentives: Huge incentive and commission potential

- Reimbursements: Initial phone and internet expenses will be reimbursed

- Post-confirmation (after 6 months): Transition to a 5-day workweek

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience

Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills

- Ability to handle the pressure of daily meetings

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
