Senior Manager-Commercial Leasing

Role & responsibilities

1. Leasing Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yields.
• Actively source and engage prospective tenants through networking, cold calling, and industry connections.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including lead generation, property tours, proposal drafting, and lease negotiations.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
• Address tenant inquiries and ensure a seamless leasing experience.
• Regularly engage with key clients to understand their space requirements and provide tailored solutions.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and tenant preferences.
• Provide periodic reports on leasing performance, vacancy rates, and market positioning to the senior management.

4. Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of properties.
• Coordinate with property management and legal teams to ensure compliance with lease agreements and tenant requirements.
• Support the design and development team in incorporating market feedback into upcoming projects.

5. Event Participation:

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase projects and generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in commercial office leasing, with a proven track record of closing large transactions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate markets, trends, and leasing best practices.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms.
