Role & responsibilities

• Ensure that invoices are processed within the timeline with proper checking of GR&IR, TDS and GST.
• Preparation of bank payment files for vendor payments for online upload on bank portal on periodic basis.
• Preparation of Cheques, NEFT and RTGS files for vendor payments.
• Process payment of Lenders as well as there entries in ERP/Tally
• Process payment of contractors, suppliers & expenses bills after scrutinizing as per check list (Invoice must be tax invoice, invoice no, Date, PAN, GST/Service Tax Registration no, category, vat no. if Applicable, declaration, signing authority etc.
• Reconciling vendors and customers account periodically.
• Making payments & receipt entries of statutory payments like TDS/WCT/VAT/Service Tax/GST/Wealth tax challan on monthly/Yearly basis after payment done by taxation department
• Posting Payment & Receipt entries in ERP/Tally as per updated bank statements.
• Respond to queries of senior associates with respect to Bank Reconciliation and banking issues.
• Co-ordination with concerned department to resolve billing and payment related issues.
• Prepare collection report at the end of day.
• Prepare Manual cheque, PDC as and when required.
• Prepare vendor outstanding details.
• Upload RERA entries.
• Monthly posting pay card entries (F110.)
• Maintain Cheque Book Stock and Process Cheque Book Request In bank.
• Ensure that invoices are processed within the guidelines.
• Cross checking of GR & IR thoroughly.
• Posting Vendor invoices (with PO & Non PO), Credit memo & Debit memo in SAP.
• Co-Ordinate with concern Person to resolve Vendor Invoice & PO related queries.
• Release approved invoices for payment in ERP.
