Senior Manager/AGM Liaisoning

Skills:

• 33/19 Project for Open Plot & all other DCPR .
• Strong Liasoning & Schematic design skills integrating rules of DCPR 2034
• Comprehensive knowledge of CFO, Concessions, IOD, OC & other municipal approval drawings & Documentation.
• Understand Feasibility of project in terms of permissible FSI of plot as per DCPR 2034 , built up area , saleable area . Cost estimation of project with FSI, height no. of floors and other specification & premium required for Municipal approvals
• Experienced with RERA, MOEF & HRC approvals etc
• Auto DCR

Role & responsibilities:

• Conceptual Planning and designing projects adherence with BMC rules & regulations.
• Preparation of Municipal drawings
• Structural drawing supervision & co-ordination
• Monitor flow of development activities co-ordination with project consultants to ensure completion of work.
• Preparing detailed analysis report & Feasibility for future projects.
• Identification of green field projects and delivering Best use report.
• Review/Preparation of necessary Reports & Obtaining necessary approvals to achieve construction timelines.
• Obtaining approvals.
• Preparation of HPC Presentations and reports.
• Business Development : 1 Evaluation,2. Summary,3.Negotion with Tenant/Land Owner4. Legal Deligence.Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

Preferred candidate profile:

Handling Liaisoning both Front office & Back office working with Real Estate.
