Talent Acquisition Specialist (Leadership Sourcing & Research)


Job Summary:


We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on leadership sourcing and research to identify and engage top-tier executive talent. This role will require strategic research, proactive outreach, and market mapping to build a pipeline of high-caliber leaders for our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive search, market intelligence, and passive candidate engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Leadership Sourcing & Research

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify top leadership talent within the industry.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract executive-level candidates.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, executive databases, and competitive intelligence.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical leadership roles.
  • Engage with passive candidates through direct sourcing methods, networking, and targeted outreach.

Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence

  • Create talent maps for key leadership roles based on industry research.
  • Analyze market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor talent strategies.
  • Provide hiring managers with data-driven insights on leadership talent availability and trends.

Candidate Assessment & Engagement

  • Conduct initial screening and assessment of leadership profiles.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers to define leadership hiring needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand future leadership hiring needs.
  • Present research findings and talent insights to recruiters.
  • Develop long-term relationships with executive candidates and industry leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in talent sourcing, executive search, or leadership hiring.
  • Education: Master degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of executive sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and talent mapping strategies.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems and executive research tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
