Data Analyst

The candidate is expected to perform basic data ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) tasks starting with extraction of data from the source systems, cleaning it, handling exceptions and finally prepare them to feed into various systems/tools depending on the projects/PODs/delivery channels.

- Testing and validation of data models/data tables/data assets

- The role also requires the person to understand the data thoroughly and draw business insights which needs to be shared with various business stakeholders for informed decision making/process improvement.

- Facilitate and manage regular meetings with senior managers, key stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery partners to reach targeted milestones on time.

- The candidate needs to be really flexible in their approach and to be ready to understand ever changing business scenarios and cater to the dynamic requirements in a smart and prompt manner

- Driving automation efforts across multiple reports/processes, understanding the gap in the process and eventually driving a project to move away from tactical solutions and adopt more strategic way of delivering reports and insights.

- Adherence to controls and governance is must while dealing with the dataRole & responsibilities
