Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
Implement robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
Lead the IT support team, ensuring quick issue resolution.
Develop and enforce IT policies and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with teams to enhance IT-enabled processes.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management (BPO experience preferred).
Expertise in networking, cloud systems, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
Certifications like CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus!
