We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tele-Collections Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of tele-collection agents. The role involves driving performance, achieving collection targets, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and providing guidance to team members to optimize recovery processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline .
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tele-collections, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations and negotiate effectively with customers.
