Team Leader - Tele Collection

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of TeleCollection agents to meet performance targets.
• Ensure team adherence to process guidelines and achieve set KPIs.
• Handle agent queries, monitor performance, and ensure efficient team functioning.
• Manage team rosters, attendance, and login hours.
• Focus on minimizing attrition and enhancing team engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective manpower handling and scheduling.
• Monitor agents' login hours and performance metrics to drive productivity.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

• Team Handling and Motivation
• Attrition Rate Management
• Effective Rostering and Manpower Management
• Monitoring Login Hours and Ensuring Productivity
• Shrinkage Control

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Leader role (any process/vertical).
• Graduate degree is a must.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Shift Timings:

• Available shifts: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Salary:

• Team Leader (TL) - ₹30,000 CTC (₹26,500 after deductions).
• Includes ESIC and PF deductions.
