Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO voice process (customer care) or related field.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on morning shift (Domestic BPO) with flexibility for outbound processes.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
