- Work Experience (yrs.): 4 - 6 years
- Fixed annual CTC: Upto 8 LPA
- Variable Compensation: 1 month CTC
- Working days - 5 days/Hybrid
Purpose of this particular role
- Understand the needs/challenges decision making hierarchy, timelines, of the potential customers from Marine, O&G, Heavy industry, Engineering sector to address them effectively
- Closely work with International customers from India, Middle east, South East Asia, Africa & European Market
- Make Presentations/Demonstrations to potential customers to showcase how our solution meets their requirements
- Build Trust & Credibility with potential customers by demonstrating deep knowledge related to our solution & industry challenges
- Develop rapport with key decision makers of newly turned accounts to secure more opportunities from them
Key Results (What will I be accountable for?) / Activities:
- Conversion of Pre-leads to Leads
- Secure sales opportunities/RFQ from leads (provided by marketing & from newly turned prospects.
- 85 crore of opportunities to be created from leads given by marketing & from newly turned accounts
- Convert 80% of the leads into opportunity.
- Complete vendor registrations for overseas PSU like Aramco/Adnoc among other
- Secure sales opportunities for Diesel Engine ( Wartsila, MAN, Yanmar ) & Engine Condition Monitoring System + Propulsion Services
Support to Sales:
- Provide insights to sales team on new challenges/needs of potential customers
- Analyze competitors' products and capabilities to highlight the unique selling points and advantages of Neptunus’ solutions
Continual Learning on Industry and trends:
- Understanding all the offerings & solutions in depth to understand marine & oil and gas requirements better.
Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience as a Pre-sales in B2B - M
- Working Knowledge of decision-making in Marine, Oil & Gas, Heavy Industries, Manufacturing, EPC / Maintenance and Repair / Engineering sectors by having done 2-3 years of Sales in any of these industries - M
- 4-6 yrs of relevant experience in Lead/RFQ generation in service sales - M
- Prospecting customers in International territories(Middle east, SouthEast Asia Africa, Europe - M
- Experience of using CRM software -N
- Sales skill - M
- Strong listening skills to capture customer needs and respond accordingly
- Skill in asking open-ended questions to uncover pain points.Confidence in handling typical objections like price, urgency, and competitor comparisons.
- Ability to reframe objections into opportunities.
- Developing responses that show value rather than just discounts.
- Skill in guiding the conversation towards an RFQ without being pushy.
- Ability to create urgency and interest in the offering.
- Ensuring that potential customers see the ROI in engaging with Neptunus.
- Ability to strategically follow up without being annoying.
- Should be well organized & have effective time management skill - N
