Field Application Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical sales support for industrial products Industrial PC, Panel PC, Industrial Networking, IIOT and Industrial Automation products
• Create proposals and quotes for industrial projects while ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Provide techno-commercial expertise to clients by explaining product features and benefits.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Answering any technical questions the client might have
• Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then proposing hardware and software solution to the client
• Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in application engineering or a related field (industrial automation/ Hardware and networking).
• Diploma / BE/ Bsc in IT/ Elctrronics/Computers/Electricals
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components like CPUs, motherboards, RAM modules etc. .
• Conversant with AIOT/ IIOT
• Proficiency in creating proposals & quotations for industrial projects.
• A keen interest in IT issues
