Field Sales Engineer- Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Handle sales activities of the organizations products in the assigned geographical territory / Customer base, Develop long-term & short-term sales strategies for the territory. Contribute to marketing programs. Engage in Projects tracking.
• Conduct Product presentations
• Work on new client registrations, Approvals
• Manage channel partners effectively & expand the network based on performance / targets
• Monitor competitor activities in the region & act on management defined strategies to counter the same. Keep higher management informed about it.
• Set & Review objectives for order booking & Sales. Develop appropriate sales tactics focusing on technical selling and ensure its implementation in order to increase sales volume of the region
• Focus on receivables management, work on obtaining LD waivers, collection of expired BGs, commercial forms etc
• Timely submission of quality reports to HO as per the requirements

• Ability to work within a team and build a positive, knowledgeable and customer focussed team
• Result oriented, Ability to work with little supervision
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, overall understanding of business
• Confident & ability to gain confidence and trust of clients, ability to build long lasting relationships with customers, good negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal skills, Good communication and order negotiation skills

Strong techno-commercial acumen, Techno Savvy

• Engineering Degree or Diploma Mechanical / Production or Chemical Engineering
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Office
• Marketing / Sales experience gained within a technical environment
