Sales Executive

Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sales, specifically in power tools, lubricants, and welding products.
- This role involves developing new accounts, increasing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring a high level of service and product satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Business Development
- Drive sales growth in the assigned region by effectively promoting and selling power tools, lubricants, and welding equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and converting leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Engagement & Account Management :
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide product demonstrations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer support to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Sampling, Services, and Market Expansion
-Oversee product sampling and service support to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth product installations, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to improve sales performance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and order details.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and review performance metrics.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to the management team for product and strategy improvements.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven sales experience in industrial products (Power Tools / Lubricants / Welding)
- Strong B2B & B2C sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM software
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
