Work Transformation Engineer - Google Workspace (1-3 yrs)

Role overview :

- As a Work Transformation Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing Google Workspace (GWS) solutions within the organization.

- The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, deployment, and user training, ensuring seamless adoption of GWS technologies. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach to IT support.

Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace (GWS) applications including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Admin Console.

- Assist in deploying and configuring GWS services for new and existing users.

- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth adoption and migration to Google Workspace.

- Analyze and resolve GWS-related incidents, escalating complex issues when necessary.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to enhance their productivity using GWS.

- Monitor system performance, security, and compliance of GWS solutions.

- Stay updated with the latest GWS features, updates, and best practices.

- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate GWS with other enterprise tools

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 0 - 2 years of experience in IT support, cloud solutions, or system administration.

- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools and their administration.

- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, networking, and IT security.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
