Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, showcasing properties, and closing deals.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation activities, including
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers and close deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new developments in the real estate industry.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate preferred.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Proven sales skills and a track record of success (experience in real estate is a plus, but not required).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and have a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
