Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Sector 70 IMT, Faridabad

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹80,000 per month + lucrative incentives

Are you a self-motivated, confident communicator with a passion for sales and the real estate industry? We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and close deals!

What Youll Do

• Original / Fresh bookings in Residential and Commercial Projects.
• Facilitate and enable clients to Purchase properties with best possible service delivery.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Set appointments with clients, suggest and showcase the properties best suited to them.
• Prepare & deliver appropriate presentation on Residential and Commercial Projects.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle queries and objections.
• Having great knowledge related to the region where the properties are located and provide answers to the questions that clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
• Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
• Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of Real Estate sales experience
• Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales.
• Real estate sales experience is a must
• Excellent communicator with excellent personality.
• Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people.
• Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and team playing ability.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Desire to learn.
• Computer literate.
