Designation / Position: Real Estate Sales Executives

Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Sales Executives and Marketing Staff for residential plots, industrial properties, apartments, commercial spaces, and fresh bookings at SBM Properties. The ideal candidates will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the Noida real estate market. Candidates must be proficient in English and Hindi, possess their own vehicle, and demonstrate punctuality. Previous experience in real estate sales is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and assist in property transactions for residential, industrial, and commercial properties.
• Promote and sell available properties to potential buyers and investors.
• Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and new developments in Noida.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Must have own vehicle for travel.
• In-depth knowledge of Noida real estate market.
• Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
• Previous sales or marketing experience in real estate is a must (Minimum 2 years).

CTC Offered:

• Basic Pay, plus Incentives.
