Job Description
Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive - Key Accounts to join our Delhi team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for both nurturing client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business prospects, and contributing to the overall growth of Propacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions and support to enhance their satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Propacitys reach and client base. Develop leads, conduct market research, and engage with potential clients to generate new business.
Client Interaction: Regularly engage with key clients through meetings, calls, and presentations to understand their requirements, provide updates, and build long-term relationships.
Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients. Customize presentations and solutions based on client needs and feedback.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key account performance, sales activities, and business development metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for improving client engagement and sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective strategies.
Initiative: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
