We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us scale our digital marketing efforts.

Must-Have Responsibilities:

- Manage a monthly budget of over 30+ lacs in lead generation.

- Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Native, programmatic.

- Strong focus on scaling Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration.

- Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead.

- Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes.

- Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently.

- Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company.

Skills and Qualities :

- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.

- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.

- Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
