Job Description

The SalesManager will lead and manage the sales operations for Heavy Commercial Vehicles.(HCV) within Trichy and the surrounding districts.

The rolerequires a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market, a strong trackrecord in sales, and the ability to build relationships with customers andbusinesses in the region.

The idealcandidate will have extensive experience in managing sales teams, implementingsales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the commercial vehicle sector.

Requirements
SalesStrategy Planning : \u25CB Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Commercial Vehicles in Trichy and surrounding districts.
\u25CB Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met through effective planning and monitoring.
\u25CB Identify new business opportunities and markets for Commercial Vehicles in the region.
\u25CB Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Team Leadership Management:
\u25CB Lead and manage a team of sales executives and support staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
\u25CB Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and set development plans for team members.
\u25CB Ensure that the sales team adheres to dealership policies, procedures, and sales protocols.
\u25CB Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, focused on achieving collective goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
\u25CB Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including fleet operators, businesses, and individual buyers.
\u25CB Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and providing timely solutions.
\u25CB Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable Commercial Vehicle solutions.
\u25CB Oversee the post-sale process to ensure smooth delivery, customer follow-up, and after-sales support.
Market Development:
\u25CB Expand Commercial Vehicles presence in Trichy and neighboring districts by exploring new sales channels and partnerships.
\u25CB Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns tailored to the local market. \u25CB Engage with local businesses, trade associations, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
SalesReporting Analysis:
\u25CB Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management. \u25CB Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. \u25CB Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for continuous improvement in sales operations.
ProductKnowledge Training:
\u25CB Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about Commercial Vehicle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
