Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial leasing transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and properties for lease agreements.
  
• Prepare lease documents, including letters of intent, lease agreements, and amendments as needed.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field (real estate sales).
  
• Strong understanding of corporate leasing principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
