Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage a sales team, ensuring targets are met while driving growth in luxury real estate sales. This role involves mentoring your team, developing strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team to meet/exceed targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance and report to senior management.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury real estate markets.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Own vehicle preferred.
