Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, services, and brands across various digital platforms.

2. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as google Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Instagram, IVR calls, and other relevant plantforms.

3. Measure and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

4. Utilize SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

5. Lead distribution to the team and monitor the success rate for each campaign.

6. Design and create effective landing pages and website that generate leads and effectively communicate our real estate projects value propositions.

7. Manage and optimize the company's website to ensure a seamless user experience and enhance lead generation efforts.

Desired Skills set:-

Lead Generation, SEO, SEM, AD Campaign, Social media ad, Brand Management, Marketing Communication, PPC, Google AD Words, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

*Candidates should have a minimum 3 years of core experience in google adwords in the real estate vertical.

*Excellent knowledge of keyword selection, performance and optimization.

*Ample knowledge of Ad copies and Ad creation in Google Adwords.

*Proficient in Google Display Network

*Candidates from a Real Estate background preferred.
