Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in business development and sales leadership roles within the supply chain and logistics industry (freight forwarding, W&D, transportation, etc.)

- Proven track record of successfully leading business development teams and achieving revenue growth, preferably in a PAN-India context

- Strong network within the logistics and supply chain industry, with established relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is highly desirable.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable business plans.

- Expertise in B2B sales processes, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results across a diverse and dispersed team.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, sales forecasting, and pricing strategies

- Proficient in CRM tools and business intelligence platforms to track sales performance and market trends

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
