Leading FMCG Company in India is looking for a President Operations.

Education: B.Tech with MBA

Experience: 20+ Years in FMCG Operations

Job Summary: The Incumbent will be responsible for the Pan India Operations including Manufacturing & Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies, plans, and procedures

2. Oversee all aspects of operations, including supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics

3. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement

4. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and efficiency

5. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers

6. Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement new technologies

7. Manage capital investments and expenses to ensure the company achieves its goals

8. Participate in expansion activities such as acquisitions and corporate alliances
