Location: Bangalore / Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with various department leaders to define,prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables aligned to their respective project roles and skillsets.
- Analyzing financialdata, including projectbudgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing financialreports and budget outlines to Decision makers.
- Drafting new andimproving existing projectmanagement office policiesand processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensurethey are meetingcompany standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting theproject's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Demonstrating an excellent understanding of the project lifecycle.
Transformation and Framework:
- Possessing an excellent understanding of Global Change Delivery Business Transformation Frameworks and best practice techniques.
- Having a thorough understanding of the purpose,value, culture, and fundamentals of Global Change Delivery.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of banking and an understanding of how change drives benefits for business, its customers, and other stakeholders.
Project Management Expertise:
- Understanding ProjectManagementprinciples and methodologies, Agile framework and deliverables.
- Having exposure to PMO Services and understanding of PMO Function.
- Knowledge of working on PM toolslike Clarity or MS Project.
Team and Leadership Skills:
- Being a strong people manager and having broad experience in managing large teams of different work streams/geographies.
- Possessing in-depthexperience of workingin a banking/ financial services environmentand change projects.
- Demonstrating good stakeholder management experience, especially impactful communication, influencing, and running project governance, implementation, change management, and benefits realization.
- Understanding the PMO activities and its governance role.
- Hands-on experience as a PMO is desirable.
- Having proven experience of setting up Project Management Processes and implementing Best Practices.
- Experience working with multiple deliveryand business partner teams.
