PMO Lead - IT Project Delivery (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate issues to management as needed

- Identify and document business requirements, develop solutions for business problems, and conduct research and analysis to define project requirements and business specifications.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and perform gap analysis, collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement efficient business processes and systems, and assist in preparing business cases and feasibility studies.

- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions, develop new business with existing clients, and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.

- Prepare reports on account status and collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

- Responsible for creating project documentation in accordance with QMS standards

- Must have experience in delivering projects in an agile setup and possess knowledge of tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
