Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in year-end activities, performance development, moderation calls, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) management, while also handling employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and HRMS data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support year-end performance review processes, including moderation calls and appraisal discussions.
- Manage the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, ensuring effective execution and alignment with business goals.
- Drive performance development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to enhance employee growth and capability.
- Facilitate moderation discussions, collaborating with managers and leaders to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and maintain engagement data for insights and improvements.
- Oversee Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company values.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting HR-driven initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and morale.
