Senior SAP Security & Compliance Analyst (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Maintain and enhance the security posture of our SAP environment through configuration review, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

- Implement and manage SAP security controls to comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and external audit requirements (SOX, etc.)

- Perform regular security audits and gap analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure compliance with SAP security and access controls.

- Support external auditors during audits and investigations, providing subject matter expertise on SAP security and compliance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

- Document security processes, procedures, and findings for clear communication and knowledge transfer.

- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.

- Take ownership of assigned projects and demonstrate strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in SAP security and compliance, with a focus on External Audit/SOX.

- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, principles, and best practices.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP GRC, Solution Manager, and SAP CPI.

- Experience in performing SAP security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments.

- Familiarity with SAP compliance frameworks (SOX, etc.) and internal control frameworks (COSO).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment
