SAP Basis Consultant - HANA Module (6-11 yrs)

Job Description :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience working in an SAP Basis role, with understanding of IT networking concepts, servers, storage, databases, PCs, and applications architecture.

- Lead and manage SAP Basis operations, ensuring system stability, performance, and scalability.

- Oversee and execute SAP S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and installations in on-premise and cloud environments.

- Provide leadership and technical direction to a team of SAP Basis consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to SAP landscapes, databases, and operating systems.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and implement high-performing, secure, and compliant SAP environments.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, including role and authorization management.

- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, system monitoring, and high-availability solutions.

- Experience administrating SAP ECC, BW, Solution Manager, and HANA systems.

- Experience with Oracle, HANA, Linux, and Cloud

- Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to improve system performance and operational efficiency.

- Prepare and present detailed project plans, progress reports, and system health assessments to stakeholders.

- Knowledge/Experience in SOLMAN will be an added advantage.
