Treasury Role - Contractual - CA (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Cash and Liquidity Management:

- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

- Optimize cash utilization by managing bank accounts and consolidating balances effectively.

- Prepare and execute payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Financial Forecasting and Reporting:

- Develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future funding requirements.

- Analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows, providing actionable insights.

- Prepare treasury reports for senior management, including dashboards and performance metrics.

Banking and Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.

- Negotiate banking terms, fees, and services to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

- Manage banking documentation and ensure proper setup of accounts and services.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency and interest rate risks.

- Develop and execute hedging strategies as required.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external regulations.

Investment and Debt Management:

- Monitor and manage short-term investments to maximize returns while ensuring liquidity.

- Support the management of corporate debt, including payment schedules and compliance with covenants.

System and Process Improvement:

- Leverage treasury management systems (TMS) for efficient operations.

- Continuously improve treasury processes to enhance accuracy and reduce processing time.
