We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our PLM projects, specifically in Teamcenter implementation and development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Teamcenter PLM projects from inception to successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to delivery milestones.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Teamcenter solutions.
- Coordinate with development teams, ensuring project objectives align with client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 8+ years in PLM implementation with significant exposure to Teamcenter development and customization.
- Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, integrations, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven experience in leading multiple end-to-end implementation projects for software solutions.
- Strong project management skills, including expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
